We are a small friendly running club always pleased to welcome new members of all standards and abilities.

Training Nights
We meet at Telford Ice Rink on Tuesday at 19:15.
Tuesday night training usually consists of two groups one at a slower pace and shorter distance for beginners (approx 3 mile) and the other which runs up to 6 miles. The way runs are structured means that no one will be left behind and each group is allocated a leader who will decide the route and keep the group together. It is important to follow the run leaders instructions and not go off alone without letting them know first.
Thursdays we meet at the Cock Hotel in Wellington at 6:30 and running in Wellington and incorporating some hill work.

Committee
The club is governed by a committee that is made up of members. Committee meeting are held every couple of month and are open to all members to attend. These meetings make decision concerning the running of the club, come along and have your say or volunteer to join the committee.

Social Events
Throughout the year a number of social events are organised for club members. These have to date included meals after local races, Social breakfast runs with us occasionally being joined by other running clubs. Christmas meal and our fun awards evening and disco.
